Outdoor fitness frequently asked question

Ray Parry Playground Services Limited picture

Q: What is the equipment made of?

Mainly steel tube which has been powder coated. It's easy to keep clean and is very hard wearing.

Q: Where can I see Outdoor Fitness equipment in action?

Check our Gallery (under the Outdoor Fitness section) and also our news pages... we try and add new installations to news all the time. Or, use our search facility to hunt for 'outdoor fitness'...

Q: Is the equipment safe for all to use?

In a nutshell, if the user is physically able to mount the equipment in the intended manner, yes. The equipment has been rigorously tested on all age groups and fitness levels. The equipment uses the body weight of the participant for most of the exercises to provide resistance.

This method means that the user physically cannot attempt exercise at a level above their own ability, thus the chance of strains or problems due to attempting to lift/push/pull to great a resistance is eliminated.

Q: The colours seem to be mainly red & green... is there a colour choice?

Yes... we've shown a 'default' colour palette of red/green/cream. However, the equipment can be supplied in virtually any colour from the RAL paint/coating range. So, if you want an installation in corporate colours, or a whacky psychadelic garden gym, please contact us for details.

Q: Where can I get more information?

Please do contact us for information. We have a dedicated brochure and would love to talk to you about what our Outdoor Fitness range has to offer.

You can find our details on the Contact Us page.
