Let children experience and experiment with nature in a whole new fun and educational way...

The NatureStation is a fantastic new and innovative outdoor play & educational aid.

Designed with a very simple fundamental goal in mind—to encourage integration and observation of nature around us—we’ve created a modular, robust and tactile product which is already proving to be hugely popular with schools. Each wedge (see illustration right) has been specially designed to allow children to observe nature happening over time. Wedges have perspex tops for observation, and can be removed for investigation.

A lockable timber top covers the wedge to let nature have some privacy, and also keeps the content safe from tampering. The wedges form the main unit, available as 1.8m diameter standard, can be made in sizes to suit your need if required.

As well as the standard ‘six wedge’ hexagon configuration, we also offer a ‘three wedge’ semi-hexagon option for placement against buildings, or when space is lacking. Because this is a modular system, your own uses of the NatureStation are limited only by imagination.

Configuration options:

  • Basic, 6 wedges with centre planter
  • Weather Pole (shown right), with optional Frog Rain Gauge, Weather Station and Weather Vane modules
  • Bird Pole, including birdhouse with 3 internal ‘rooms’
  • Basic 3 wedge NatureStation for placement against walls, ideal where space is limited
